The Boys are Back in Town w/a mermaid

It's that time of year again with rough weather, rough seas, sea cucumbers, and geoducks. The camera isn't working today because of the rough conditions. The scent of a Toasted Marshmallow candle from Southeast Scents wafts through the boat as football plays on the TV. Dave is busy fixing the outtake hoses, always something to do on the boat. Chicken is thawing in the pan for dinner, along with a cauliflower rice risotto and apple stuffing, broccoli cheddar rice, and steamed asparagus as we strive to eat healthier on the Just 1 More.

Getting ready to play Catan on the boat soon, which is one of our favorite activities during dive season when we're anchored. Dave and I also enjoy playing cribbage together when it's just the two of us.

Here is to the first full dive week, a little prayer for them all ❤️🧜‍♀️🤿

A Prayer for the Divers

Watch over me as I dive,

Guide my actions to be smooth,

and my equipment to be useful.

Give me peace as I go through my day.

Grant me wisdom to make good choices

so that I may always return safe.

Let me remember the privilege I

have to use my freedom to explore

the underwater world you made.
